Sl*gging customers off in a voicemail

I called this company for a quote on a broken window and everything seemed to be ok, I explained that one side of a double glazed system had smashed but I didn't know what had to be replaced. I got a reasonable quote and a fairly quick turnaround. When we ended the call I noticed this company had left an accidental voicemail in which they was sl*gging off existing customers and referred to myself as a pr*ck. I must have spoke with somebody fro less than 2 minutes so how they have manage to determine I was a pr*ck is beyond me, I called them back and asked why they felt the need to speak about me like after what I assumed was a fairly normal conversation and they didn't want to discuss it. Genuinely still confused it
