Peak Physique is a 5 day residential Health and Fitness Boot Camp, based at Hargate Hall near Buxton, the beautiful Peak District. When we are running a Boot Camp here, we will have exclusive use of the Hall and grounds.

At Peak Physique we are dedicated to helping you losing weight, getting fitter and most importantly educating and teaching you to continue your new healthier and fitter lifestyle.
During your 5 day Health and Fitness Boot Camp you will complete many different exercise workshops designed for all levels of fitness plus nutrition and lifestyle coaching sessions to help you understand, adapt and motivate you to continue far beyond the 5 days at Peak Physique.
With our expert advice and training, we can ensure that you reach your goals - whatever they may be.
Peak physique is run by truly dedicated, passionate and highly qualified personal trainers, all of whom have many years of experience in their fields.
