Appleford Homes is an Independent Registered Domiciliary Care Service.

Appleford Homes provides personalised support services to vulnerable individuals which will enable them live independent lives. It dwells on strong and sensitive service delivery to individuals; ensures robust working relationship among colleagues within and across the various sectors of social provisions in Greater Manchester.
The service is committed to person-centred support, which gives individuals the opportunity to exercise informed choices and develop independence, in order to achieve personal ambitions and aspirations.
Our core purpose is to assist people aged 18 years and over to continue to live as independently as possible in their own home and within the community.
This will be achieved by working in partnership with the service user, family, friends and a variety of other service providers for coordinated and comprehensive packages of support.
We provide regulated services for
